The Rehasense ICON 35 transit wheelchair is a cleverly designed and well made lightweight wheelchair. The ICON 35 range is ideal for those who travel frequently thanks to its ultra lightweight compact form when folded. It is available in either a 16" seat width with the width between the wheelchair handles being 45cm/18”.

Designed for users up to 125kgs in weight the ICON 35 has a strong aluminium frame that folds easily reducing the chair to just 10.5" or 27cm when folded.

An ultra lightweight folding transit wheelchair ideal for travel

Features of the Rehasense ICON 35 wheelchair include removable swing away leg rests with fold up foot plates. To the rear there are attendant brakes that help with slowing and stopping the chair, and once stopped the brakes can be locked to ensure stability when transferring on or off the wheelchair. There are also stepper tubes which can be used to assist when raising the front of the chair to tackle a step or kerb.

This transit wheelchair has solid PU tyres all round which prevents the risk of puncture, the arm rests are comfortable and fixed in height. Folding of the wheelchair is very simple and once folded there is a convenient carry handle allowing you to carry the wheelchair with ease thank to its super light weight of just 8.2kgs without the footrests.

The frame is finished in an attractive black colour which helps to give this wheelchair a very contemporary look.
