《Remarks for Product Return and Exchange》
For the information about product return and exchange:
- EASY66 online customers, can have a privilege of a hesitant period of 7 days after the product arrives (Does not include large-sized furniture, such as bed mattress), no returns and exchanges are accepted after the 7-day period, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
- The hesitant period is not a trial period, therefore, the returned product must be in brand-new condition with the complete packaging (including the main host, accessories, inner packaging, randomised documents and gifts). Please do not lose any accessories or damage the original packaging.
- No returns and exchanges are accepted for opened consumables, please consider about returns or exchanges before opening the package.
- No returns and exchanges are accepted for personal products (such as underwears) due to hygienic reasons, please consider carefully.
- When the product arrives, if there are any damages or scratches caused during the transporting process, within 7 days after arrival, a return or exchange will be accepted.
- Please call the customer service (2102 7180) before returning or exchanging products, there will be specialised colleagues to serve you. If the original packaging or product is damaged, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
- No returns and exchanges are accepted for any prepaid products or oversea orders, please check carefully before ordering.
- If you choose handrail installation services but do not conduct a home safety assessment in advance, no refund services provided if our installer encounter either water pipes or electric wires behind the wall.
《Electronic Bed Mattress Refund and Exchange Reminders》
For customers buying the electronic bed mattress, it is provided the privilege to return and exchange, instructions are below:
1. Before the product has arrived for 7 or more days, 50% refund is available
2. Before the product has arrived for 14 or more days, 70% refund is available
3. After the product has arrived, refund is not available; we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
4. When the bed mattress arrives, if there are flaws caused due to transportation matters or originally existed, an arrangement can be made for exchanging
