《Method to Purchase》
Except for buying online, you can use the following methods to purchase our products:
Buy at the Store: The store might not have all the listed products, if you are choosing to buy at the store, please call to confirm whether the product is available. (Pay at store with Cash/ Credit Card/ EPS/ Octopus/ AliPayHK)
Pay at Arrival: If purchasing online, you can pay when the product arrives, the transportation colleagues will collect the payment. (Only Cash)
Credit Card Payment: Pay with the Credit Card
Bank Transfer/ ATM/ FPS: Please transfer through the ATM, or bank counters, or FPS transfer
PayMe Payment: Pay with the PayMe QR Code Payment.
Alipay Payment: Pay with the Alipay QR Code Payment.
《Remarks》
- After the customer successfully pays, the product will be delivered, normal products will arrive after 3 days to the ordered address.
- Transportation fee is free for purchasing more than $1000. For purchases under $1000, the product can be delivered by SF Express, the transportation fee can be paid while ordering the product or when the product arrives. Please refer to the SF Express website for the local transportation fee.
** Another quotation is needed for products that need transportation including staircases

《Transportation Time》
All products available will be transported by SF Express two days after payment.
If the purchase includes available products or prepaid products, we will wait until all products are ready to transport together. If customers want to deliver the available products first, they can choose the split the delivery, or pay the transportation fee on their own.

- All transportation methods (Except for pick-up at stores)
- A single purchase over $1000 will have a free transportation fee, if under $1000, a transportation fee is required, which is collected when the product arrives.
- The details can be referred to the SF Express website (Fee: $30 for under 1 kg, $6 for each 0.5 kg afterwards, no requirements on regions)
* Another quotation is needed for large-sized furnitures transportations to far areas (Restricted Area Paper Required Areas, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands, and others)
** Another quotation is needed for products that need transportation including staircases
