Aurai provides 12 months from the date of receipt of the original factory warranty.
If users need to repair and maintain during the 12-month warranty period, please contact customer service aurai.hk@in-trustech.com. Customer service will provide a mailing address for you to send back the product (users will bear the freight). After we complete the repair and maintenance, we will return the product to users(The freight is borne by us). Burden).
