Usage:
Shower: Put 2 packs into 6-8 litres of hot water and boil for about 15 minutes. After it is warm, it can be used as a shower after bathing.
Bath: Put 2 packs into 6-8 litres of hot water and boil for about 15 minutes, then add warm water to the bathtub for soaking.
Foot bath: Put 1 pack into a hot water basin for foot soaking. Or if you want the ginger water to be more concentrated, put 1 pack into 3-4 litres of water and boil for about 15 minutes.
