  2. Ingredients: Corn (non-GM), oats, brown rice, barley, soya milk powder (non-GM), rock salt, cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, brown sugar, kelp sprouts, yeast extract, molasses yeast, carrots, parsley leaves, portobello mushrooms, sprouted basmati rice, purple yam, celery.
  3. Directions: Allergen Alert: This product contains glutenous grains and beans and is not suitable for allergy sufferers.
  4. Tear open the packet and pour into a cup. Add ⅓ of the cold water and stir to dissolve. Ready to enjoy.
