■ Friendly Reminder

Our technicians will first measure the wall for hidden metal or wiring to ensure safety before proceeding with construction and installation.
The installation service is only applicable to handrails sold by us. If your handrails were purchased from another company, we regret that we cannot provide service due to safety reasons.
To ensure a smooth installation process, after you successfully order the installation service, we will carefully review your order items and proactively contact you to confirm that they meet actual installation requirements. If there are discrepancies or unclear situations, we may choose to cancel your order or ask you to modify it.

Service Introduction

■ Service Area

Currently, service fees are based on urban areas; additional transportation fees apply for remote areas. For inquiries, please call or WhatsApp us.
Service Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; actual installation times will be agreed upon between the installer and the customer.
Service Process:

Ordering service → Customers order the style and quantity of handrails that need installation online through our website.
Date Agreement → Upon receiving the order, we will proactively contact you to arrange delivery and installation.
Consent signing → The installer will arrive on-site to measure for hidden metal or wiring in the walls.
Installation → The installer will proceed with handrail installation.
Completion Inspection → After completion, customers will confirm that the installation service is complete and should inspect it on-site.

■ Fee Explanation

The basic fee for each visit for installation is $1,000. If two or fewer handrails are needed, please directly select the Basic Installation Fee option.
Currently, service fees are based on urban areas; additional transportation fees apply for remote areas (e.g., Ma Wan and outlying islands). For inquiries, please call or WhatsApp us for a separate quote, which can then be paid via FPS (Faster Payment System).
If the wall conditions are complex (e.g., fragile tiles or very hard surfaces), additional handling fees may apply; please inquire via phone or WhatsApp for a separate quote, which can then be paid via FPS. If such conditions are discovered on-site, an additional charge of $400 will be incurred.
If installation cannot proceed due to environmental constraints (e.g., if the installer finds that wall-mounted items cannot be installed), customer cancellation at short notice, or other unforeseen circumstances, an administrative fee of $500 will be charged.
If the number of installations decreases: If the total amount is less than $1,000, the basic visit fee will still apply.
If the number of installations increases: Additional items added one day before installation are not subject to visit fee restrictions.
