How to Use
 

Drainage and filling/deflating connector operation
 
  1. The inflatable cushion takes approximately 2 minutes to inflate and 1.5 minutes to deflate.

  • The inflatable cushion can be used immediately after it has been properly installed and does not need to be taken out every time. 
  • Avoid bathing in hot water that exceeds 45°C, as this could lead to scalding and reduce the longevity of the product.
  • When replacing the inflatable cushion, make sure it is correctly positioned for optimal use. 
  • When replacing the inflatable mattress, ensure that the velcro between the mattress and the bed cover is securely fastened. 
  • Take care not to tug too hard or come into contact with the bed using sharp objects, as this could cause damage.


Things to Note
 
  1. This product should be used in conjunction with a hospital bed that has two side rails and a head and tail board. 
  2. To clean, wipe with water or a neutral detergent, avoiding any hard brushing or rubbing. 
  3. Excessive pulling or touching the bed with sharp objects can cause burns and reduce the product's durability. 
  4. For inflation, only use a dedicated inflator/extractor; other methods may cause damage. 
  5. To ensure the product's longevity, make sure to clean and dry it thoroughly after use, avoiding direct sunlight or drying. This will help prevent the growth of bacteria.

  1. Under normal use, this product is covered by a one year warranty.
  2. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges after use of this product.
  3. For new products with missing or damaged parts, please call for a replacement.
  4. Please call us if you have a repair request for this product.
  5. This product can only be used in the shower, if it is damaged due to bathing or improper operation, then it will not be warranted.

  7. * The over-temperature stop warning on this product is only an auxiliary protection function, please make sure the water temperature is suitable before bathing.
  8. * Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the product yourself, as this could cause abnormal movements or serious damage. 
  9. * Do not pull, drop, or hit the product to avoid any abnormal movement or serious damage. 
  10. * This product must only be operated by an adult and must not be operated by young children or the elderly. 
  11. * Lastly, the voltage converter of this product is not waterproof and should be used with a suitable waterproof cover to prevent electric leakage.
