Q1: Is it ok to apply conditioners while washing?
Only conditioners needed to wash after use can be used.
Q2: Is washing needed after applying it?
It is originally a conditioner, use the appropriate amount, the hair becomes clean after 30 minutes applied, no needed to wash! But natural light is needed during the daytime.
Q3: How long can the hair color sustain, how often is it needed to apply?
According to the habits of individuals, ( apply according to the frequency of hair washing) apply in the daytime of the following day of hair washing, apply once per day. After applying, it is optional to wash the hair at that night. If the hair color reaches dark brown after using it 3 times, there is no need for applying anymore, the hair color can be maintained for 3-6 months. According to ones growing speed of hair, apply the conditioner only on the white hair roots.
Q4: Can the hair be dyed/permed before and after use?
Use the conditioner with a break of one month, as to prevent the reduction of effect of perming/dyeing due to different mechanisms.
Q5: What actions can be taken when it contacts hands/nails/skin?
As the conditioner doesn’t contain medical ingredients and will not penetrate, there is no problem when it touches the skin, but it will change color when exposed to light. If it touches the hands, firstly wipe with wet tissues, or directly wash with soap. If the hand already changed color, rub the dried hands with iodine for around 1 minute and wash with soap.
Q6: What actions can be taken when it stains on clothes?
Please wash it immediately. If the conditioner contact white clothes and changes color, please wash it with bleach. Do not use bleach on colored clothings.
Q7: Is there an use-before time after opening the package?
It is suggested to use all of the conditioner within 6 months, to ensure the effect will be optimum. As the expiry date is approaching, the color change will be deeper, so please finish it before it expires.
Q8: Can hair sprays/ wax/hair oil be applied after use of the conditioner?
If styling products are applied, please prevent contamination with the conditioner.
Q9: Can pregnant or breastfeeding women use the conditioner?
The product is originally a conditioner, so it doesn’t contain any chemical dyeing materials, and will not penetrate. It is not considered as a dyeing agent, it is just coverage coloring, so no matter pregnant or breastfeeding women in Japan use it. There is a large amount of customers in Taiwan with chronic diseases or allergic to dyeing agents, that are concerned with the health issues brought by application of chemical medications, who still chooses the conditioner over others. Q10: Can the conditioner be applied when the white hair is spread in the inner layer?
Loosen the hair after applying, to allow the white hair in the inner layer to be exposed to light, as the inner layer will have a slower change of color.
It is suggested to clip up the outer layer of the hair, after the outer layer has changed color. Then apply the conditioner on the inner layer to be exposed to light, the effect can be seen faster and better.

After applying for 30 minutes, a hat can be worn, or apply it after arriving the destination.
Q12: Can allergic constitutions use it?
The goal of the conditioner is to be available for sensitive skin, which means people allergic to medical ingredients in dyeing agents, as PPD is the main allergen, many dyeing products emphasize the absence of PPD. For the majority of customers having allergic reactions due to usage of dyeing agents, there are no issues found using the conditioner. As the environment is worsening, the constitution of one is affected by the environment, stress, daily habits, or pregnancy, so even pure plant extracts may cause allergic reactions.
