Original Factory Warranty
Aurai provides 12 months from the date of receipt of the original factory warranty.
If users need to repair and maintain during the 12-month warranty period, please contact customer service aurai.hk@in-trustech.com. Customer service will provide a mailing address for you to send back the product (users will bear the freight). After we complete the repair and maintenance, we will return the product to users(The freight is borne by us). Burden). If the goods are caused by the original factory quality problem, we provide free repair and maintenance services. If the product is damaged and man-made damage due to improper use, we will charge additional parts and repair fees (additional quotation).
If the warranty expires, we will charge a HK$200 inspection fee. Please email customer service aurai.hk@in-trustech.com. We will provide a mailing address for users to send back the product (users will bear the shipping fee). After receiving the product, we will notify users of the part users need to repair or replace, and provide a price. After completing the repair and maintenance, we will send the product back to users again (we will bear the freight).
